Vad has a reputation for being one to use other people's equipment. He always asked to use Sherbie's Monster Frenzy before it was redrilled when they were both at YBC. Today he is often seen with an Ebonite Matrix Dominator which Tricky also uses (the owner of this ball remains unknown to the rest of us). On his day, he is able to perform astonishingly well, with consistent strikes and spares, and often outpaces his friends on such days. Why he hasn't tried out for the Devon Under 18 squad we don't know for certain (his excuse last time was that he was away at the time of the trials!).
